Brenda Mkwesha with a community group

Support for NGOs and donor funded programmes

Safeguarding and PSEAH, gender equality and social inclusion, and the funding work behind your programmes: proposals, logframes and reporting.

Safeguarding and PSEAH

Donors want to see that partners can keep staff and communities safe: a policy, a code of conduct, trained staff and a reporting route that works.

Respect at Work trains your staff and partners to the standard of protection from sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment. Our policy support covers your PSEAH policy, code of conduct and reporting structure, and Beneath the Surface helps teams talk about alcohol, drugs and mental health.

Brenda has written child protection, Do No Harm, gender and equal treatment policies used across regional organisations, and trained more than 100 partner organisations.

Common questions

What does PSEAH stand for?

Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment. Many donors expect partners to have a PSEAH policy, a code of conduct, trained staff and a working reporting channel.

Can you train our partner organisations as well as our staff?

Yes. Many programmes train their own staff and partners together, so everyone uses the same standards, tools and language.

Do you charge a success fee on grants?

No. We charge a fixed fee agreed before we start. Most institutional donors do not allow contingency or success fees.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the service and the size of your team. Book a free call and we will send a quote.
